67 years ago today…

…there was a wedding.

oct 30th, 1945.  they were so happy.  so full of life & love.

i thought today would be an appropriate day to share my idea with the world.

as i share this picture with you, i am realizing just how grateful i am to have it.  i connect deeply with photographs.  a moment captured in time that says so much.  it  tells a story, it’s a piece of my history and it’s a part of who i am.

it’s inspiring me & my hope is that by sharing this with the world, it will inspire others too.

so i want to hear from you: have you ever looked into your history, where did those before you come from? what was their life like? where were they born and what adventures did they go on?

  1. Soooo amazing the timing of his project, the beautiful path you are walking, and all you are discovering along the way!

I know a bit about my French Canadian roots, hardy folks who lived and worked on the land, enduring, coming together, living in rhythm with the seasons that define farm life. When I think of them, I can find those places of strength and resilience in myself and it is quite the cool thing!

I can’t WAIT to hear more as you take your journey!!! Love you!
